The sales associate Penelope was very helpful. She made some great suggestions for bracelet ideas. I really intended to purchase just a couple of beads and ended up purchasing 5 beads from the ideas that Penelope had given me.

Our sales associate was Jen. She was very friendly and went above and beyond! As she was showing me the things I went in to see, she politely asked to see my ring. It had a missing stone. I don't know how she was even able to tell! She promptly looked up my information, checked stock and got me a new ring!! Needless to say, we will be back to work with her in the future. She and Michelle were amazing. She made us feel so welcome and gave us the best shopping experience. My mother was with me, and we both cannot stop talking about it!

Other than the wait as there were only two associates available the visit was good. Great sales associate.
