I explained briefly that I was looking for a bead to represent my oldest son. The woman went out of her way to help us locate any bead with his favorite color in it. She found a few selections and he picked one that was perfect. I will most definitely be back to the Beldin location!

Taylor was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was purchasing charms to add to my bracelet and she was very helpful and even took the time to rearrange my charms for me. I will definitely revisit this store.
