Because the staff helped me quickly and honestly this was my first Pandora bracelet with the charms and I wasn't really knowing what I wanted and she was patient with me

First, I was bought into the store with a willing associate and a smiling face, which is hard to come buy these days. Haley, was friendly funny knowledgeable, patient & kind. She was eager to show me all the new products and when they would be available if not already. She carried a smile through the whole experience making me feel comfortable and reassured I was picking out the right gifts. Haley, also showed me the collections I am interested in and had me making a mental list of the ones I wanted both for me and my husband to get for me as gifts. The knowledge of the products she had was top notch. Haley, was a breath of fresh air to do business with in a retail world that is so pushy to make the next sale.

Lorrie the sales woman was so friendly! When I left I knew I would want to go back and deal with her again! And i will to fill up my Harry Potter bracelet for my niece for Christmas

All of the people inside of this store is very helpful. This was my second at this location and the young lady remember who I was.
