Pandora Jewelry

I love pandora. I come all the time for new jewelry and never have a problem. This time however i received a ring for Christmas that was supposedly in a size 6, however it was way too big and no where near fit. I assume the girl packaged the wrong ring, which was fine I figured I’d just go exhange It the following day for the correct size. Upon arriving to the store there’s a line out the door, no problem, my mother owns a Buisness and I’ve worked with the public for 6 years, I understand. When the girl gets to me I start to tell her “I just received the-“ and she immediately cuts me off and goes “I know I know but shut up and sign in” that is what’s made me so upset. Like I said my mother owns a Buisness and I work in costumer service. This is not how you speak to costumers. I don’t mind signing in or waiting, I mind being spoken to like I’m a nuisance when I was only trying to exchange a ring that they gave to me in the wrong size anyway.

I purchased cosmic line ring and two hearts of pandora necklaces on 12/5/18. Ring was too small and upon return (exchange) on 12/10/18 I was told that it couldn’t be done because it was worn. It was worn for less than an hour, no damage. The counter associate was rude and sent me out the door. I will be returning the necklaces and letting friends and family know of this experience. I am now out $125
