Sales associate was rude nor was she helpful. I have been to this store before (have had helpful associates before).

Went into the store looking for a bracelet but unsure of what type exactly. The sales person immediately had an attitude when we stated that. Rushed us through choosing something, ended up not happy with the selection. There was a promotion going on for a bracelet and 3 charms for $199 which she did not inform us of and we ended up pay $150 for a bracelet and 1 charm.

The associated seems in a mood, looks like basically I was bothering her

When I arrived in the store, there were 3 sales associates there, one lady greeted me and assured me when she was done with her customer, I’ll be next. She was done and asked a different sales associate to help me. When I asked the sales person about the different charms she began showing me different ones, I finally picked one , then when I was looking to pick another she kept looking at her watch and was moving a little impatient with me. I felt like I had to move a little faster. So I said to her let me hurry up and find another charm because it seems like you have to go somewhere. I watched her with the customer before me and she was very patient and polite with them. So I felt uncomfortable when she seemed a little irritated with me. Her response was oh no you’re fine. So I continue on to look through the charms and found two more very quickly, because she still kept looking at her watch like I was taking very long, another sales associate noticed her and asked her was she okay and she made a hand gesture that I couldn’t make out. I then purchase my items and left feeling like I should have kept my money and spent it somewhere else.

My bracelet is broken and I lost charms and no one seems to care

We had erynn m 132598 she wasn't very interested in helping us we gave her a price range to stay within for charms and she wasn't happy with it she showed me one tray of charms all hearts in was not interested in them it wasnt till we went up on price did she show me another tray is also wasmt please with but I just chose one just to get out of there. She wasn't very nice .

Fast, professional and courteous service

Special received in my mail. Sales associate not aware of special. None in stock. Offered discount. Whispering between sales associates. Very unprofessional.

The free charm promotion there were no charms available and it was not a while supplies lasts thing. Emailed pandora they say 24 hour response still got nothing. Sales associate was no help either. Horrible I should have heard back from pandora within the 24 hours of emailing them
