I went in the store to buy a specific ring and the peron that was helping me wasn’t, really answering my questions very well. I thought that I was a 7.5 on my pointer finger but when i tried it on the lady just looked at me and i had to ask if the ring looks too big or too small. She wasn’t really paying attention to me. I had to ask my friends if it looked big . Felt a little rushed . When i went to exchange my size , i felt rushed. They lost my receipt and when i came back to ask for mh receipt back they had threw it away. I would purchase a ring again from a different location . For paying 110.00 for a ring the experience wasn’t all that .

I had received a gift set (the square shaped earrings and necklace) for Christmas and wanted to exchange for a different style, the teardrop shape, which this store didn’t have - which is understandable so I picked the circle necklace and teardrop earrings and was fine with this. After this exchange, there was still a credit of about $27. I was told that it could not be converted to the merchandise credit in the form of a gift card, or whichever way the merchandise credit is given, because of a previous promotion when the original set was purchased. I was also unable to get this remaining money back in cash, or back onto the card in which it was purchased on. If the $26 was not spent in store as I was there, it would be gone and not available to me in any form.

I told the sales person this gift was for my wife and the bracelet was big enough to fit my 7 year old daughter. Bracelet is way too small messed up my Christmas surprise to my wife

I made a purchase the day before came back the next day for another purchase. This purchase would qualify me for the discount. I was told I had to go home and get the other merchandise to bring back to the store in order to get credit. Even though I had the receipt for the previous purchase. Not at all happy about that.

I purchased my pandora charm and bracelet last year and they told me it will not open after a week or so the charm and bracelet lost from my hand I call and told them because I have pandora credit card and they told me they didn't pay for lost or stolen and God know I was telling the truth I pay off my pandora credit card and never used it again

I purchased something on another Pandora store and they gave me the wrong thing and the manager doesn't want to exchange it. Also her attitude wasn't nice at all.

Management was rude got a repair that I wasn’t happy with she was very rude and she replaced it and she wouldn’t give me any paperwork saying what happened and she put the other back in and she didn’t package my item she tossed it at me on counter when she gave me it I have a warranty I even said can I just get something different because she told me it will break again they always break so why sell it? I went back for a new charm that the only nice worker showed me she should be manager not the one you have now I told her I’d be calling the first time the manager was mean when I returned she changed her attitude I was trying to get to the worker I like and she made sure she did it I’m not sure if is so she can ack like she was nice and fixed the order but deptford mall location needs new management you will lose business she’s rude to multiple people even the employees I saw
