Upon arrival my wife and I were assisted by a sales associate because her bracelet keeps opening. The associate "fixed" the problem. My wife left the store while I purchased two more charms as a gift to give her for valentine's day. While walking the mall, the bracelet opened again. My wife walked back in to receive assistance from the same associate and was told she couldn't help her because the bracelet was probably stolen since it wasnt in the system. We purchased the bracelet at the location in Cherry Hill Mall!! Needless to say we left upset and vowed to never go back to Deptford Mall Pandora again!!

The clasps on the bracelet I got as gift with purchase during this past Christmas holidays popped opened which resulted in my losing 5 rose gold charms. The sales person advised I didn’t need a safety chain when I inquired. I am very dissatisfied because I lost $250.00 worth of charms. This the second pandora bracelet I own as well as the rose gold one I purchase for my mother for birthday last year. I believed I had some type of warranty.

The people who work there were a little on the rude side. They were not personable at all. The staff were more interested in talking with each other rather than assisting me.

I had to exchange 2 charms which i bought online because of smaller size. When i purchased online, i had 25% off code so purchased those charms using that offer. Now i was trying to exchange them for similar priced charms. For eg: I had bought $55 charm online and i was trying to exchange it to $55 charm. But in store they said they will honor only the price paid and did not allow me to do even exchange.

Sales associate seemed annoyed and irritated that it was my first time ever in a pandora store and didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. She seemed upset that I didn’t buy the first things she recommended and I wanted to explore my options.

I came in for the 45% off sale. I wanted to add to my charm bracelet and made that very clear however the sales rep kept tying to sell me a new bracelet and seemed upset that I was uninterested in what she was trying to show me. I was shopping for myself and had an idea of what I wanted but she never asked. Her sales tastic of suggesting random pieces did not work and I have decided to shop online if I ever decide to shop at Pandora again.

Manager was rude and condescending regarding replacement of a damaged ring. Told me the information I received from Corporate was incorrect because the locations are independently owned and rules are discretionary. Poor way to handle a consumer who truly loves Pandoras merchandise.

The sales girl didn't know enough about Pandora peices. The store had ran out of some of the pieces.

I felt I was rushed..and not able to browse before purchasing and felt like I was being watched more than helped very uneasy feeling there.
