Items that I chose to purchase were not in stock. My salesperson was nice and apologetic regarding the availability of items that I wanted to purchase. She asked for assistance from other staff which were short and dismissive. Very disappointed with their lack of teamwork and willingness to help us get info about the out of stock items.

After purchasing an item online I wasn’t satisfied with the way it fit so I returned for another ring item I asked for a box so I can store my item and they refused to give me anything to store my ring sales person said use the box you got from online which was way to small for the new ring I picked out her comment was “ since your not purchasing anything from this store I can’t give you a box of anything “ I was shocked .. mind you I paid a difference at the store because the ring I brought online was less then the one I exchanged in the store now I have a beautiful ring and no where to store it . It’s sad .,

Had to go in store to pick up my order even when I placed it online. The merchandise is brand new but looks used but the employee didn't show me it ahead of time. Worker seemed miserable

I have a bracelet that was broke snd I I feel as thou if you still sell the item you should stick behind your products and replace it! I have a Pandora card with you and spend a significant amount of money . I have many bracelets, Necklaces and charms.

I received a bangle bracelet as a gift. The ball at the end of the bracelet “popped” of & was lost. The sales associate offered no solution other than purchasing a whole new bracelet

Deptford is always rushing me out. I asked them to clean my bracelet and it was a problem. Never again. I don’t know what they did to it

One of the items wasn’t in stock. Sales associate said an order would take three weeks. We were urged to buy a bigger size and return at a letter date for an exchange. No thanks. Left and ordered online. Item will be at my home by Thursday. Felt pressured so the store could make a sale. No okay

Salesperson was not welcoming nor personable at all. Seems as if she didn’t have the patience to watch me try on different rings and inquire about the price.

The associate was very pushy and inpatient. I only wanted one charm as it was just a friends birthday. When I wouldn't purchase two charms she clearly showed how mad she was on her face and her attitude changed for the rest of the transaction to the point I almost put back the one charm I was purchasing. I only was in the store for 15 minutes I was not wasting her time and she was young and very rude.
