The manager/supervisor is not friendly, nor customer service oriented to people of color. Quite a few of the reps appeared to be more interested in primping in the mirror than actually offering to help. The environment of the store is not the most friendly or welcoming, and it wasn't busy. I have been to other stores where they offer to clean the current Pandora jewelry you have, and I have a full bracelet, and was just purchasing another on a whim with charms. It's just not a customer service oriented store, and especially not to people of color.

The hostes was fine the store manager was not a out going careing person an didn't honor my 10% off code and iv been a coustermer 4 20yrs I didn't like the way I was treated at her store I will not go back 2 her ever I will go 2 a different one she is not sociable at all she also acts like use don't need business #218384 deptford nj

I spend a lot weekly. I had 10.00 off coupons (2) from previous receipt. The coupon were not taken off with my purchase of 230.00 of merchandise missed opportunity again

I needed to exchange a bracelet for size that my daughter received as a gift. The sales associate was not helpful as far as assisting with sizing npr was she friendly

Store was packed, had to wait which is not an issue but store associate said I knew what I wanted but instead of only helping me was helping 2 other customers at one time. So had to wait again. Just didn’t give me much attention because was helping 2 other customers at same time

When I was in the store, I saw the Pumpkin charm at 50 precent off, it was on sale as the last 3 days I was in and made many purchases, I was told by the manager it was never on sale. A huge lie. I do not care for this behaviour. I will also tell my family and friends about this incident.

I came in on Mon & was helped by Carlee. She was LOVELY When I went home later that evening, I noticed (before wearing the ring) a knick in the center. B/c of the amazing service from Carlee I figured we could go back hopefully get the ring exchanged as well as a ring for my wife. We came in Wed. Mia helped us & was VERY SWEET so we asked her about my ring & the knick in it. She asked her manager Erin who came over and right away was very defensive about the issue with the ring. I told her there is definitely something on it as it is not on the other rings in the showcase to compare. Erin continued in a very unpleasant demeanor that there was nothing they could do, that the ring was perfectly fine & that she can’t exchange b/c she couldn’t put it back in the showcase, to which I was confused, b/c if it was perfect & the same as the other rings why couldn’t an even exchange be done? As well as I had only worn it into the store, which she said once it was worn nothing can be done; but what is the difference in me wearing it into the store to show them, & customers trying on a bunch of different rings? It’s upsetting to be so displeased with the service received from the manager.

The charm I wanted ( 21) was not available. The sales associate was extremely pushy and if she had let me just peruse what was available I might have purchased an add’l charm- rather than the one she basically insisted I purchase

The associate stated at me up & down as I entered the store for a good 45 seconds without saying hello . She was the same associate who assisted me..she asked me 3 times who was I purchasing for and I told her 3 times … she wasn’t paying attention & I felt like she really didn’t want to assist me..
