Sales representative act like we were bothering her. Didn't like the way she talk to my husband. Maybe she was having a bad day. For the amount of money he spent I would have expected better service. Even if we spent no money we expect to be treated the way we treat individuals. However that was not the case.

Staff is not welcoming. They are more interested in socializing with each other than attending to the public. They were rushing us.

The variety of item in Pandora has decreased or at least the types of items have decreased. I or my wife buy charms for my wife’s bracelet base on special occasions and travel we have been on. Those types of charms have decreased greatly over the years. Now it is all hearts and other random non-meaningful symbols.

I don’t get to look around, the sales people are hawking me right sway! They are not personal and don’t give me time to “play” with all the options. I loved when pandora was at my private jewelry’s because they know me. They know what I have and what I like

I feel that your staff is very pushy. Grime when you walk into the store to the time you leave give the customer a Chance to look before you attack. That’s what I feel it was an attack

My second grandson was born this past April, and I am having a problem finding an 'S' initial charm to add to the bracelet my husband presented to me the Christmas we were planning his older brother's arrival and baby shower. So many of the initial charms are very girly (the dangly ones with rhinestones and the recently retired round vintage filigree ones - I purchases a V, D, and P - one for each of our three now teenage granddaughters). When searching for a suitable charm back in 2015, I was lucky to find a 'D' in the three sided block initial that was being retired at the time - it was reminiscent of the red, yellow, green and blue alphabet and number blocks our children played with as a toddler. And perfect for a little boy. The current initial charms just don't fit that same feel - to represent the arrival of our newest little boy to the family. And I was equally disappointed in the birthstone selection. Any suggestions? Or possibility of locating an 'S' block to match the 'D' block for the younger brother?

I returned a ring that was defective and one of the gems fell out, I replaced it with a different ring in hopes it wouldn’t happen again, and low and behold 3 days later a gem fell out again!!! I’m extremely disappointed with the amount of money and time I’ve spent with Pandora and it’s rude employees for a poor quality product. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying anything from Pandora to anyone considering this has happened to me on multiple occasions with many of their products! Now I’m out $100 with a broken ring once more.
