Store manger is always rude

The wait time to see an associate was long. Her customer service wasn’t that welcoming. She seemed unbothered by me explains it was a gift and the size of the person. I needed her opinion on what size she thought I should get. No response or reaction to the photo. I just picked a size. Never had that experience at a Pandora Store, most associates are very friendly and helpful verbally.

It was an ok experience. They didn’t seem to express any emotion one way or the other. I was just another cyst who walked into an empty store, bought something, and left. As I said, it was ok. I didn’t expect anything different.

I know Holiday time is busy but the employee on 12/26 made me feel rushed she was condescending and not at all patient. I literally returned the next day with my husband to purchase more and the sales associate this day 12/27 was a breath of fresh air she was friendly patient smiled what a difference

The sales associate was kind but very pushy. I didn’t feel like I could take my time at all. She kept trying to get me to buy more for the promotion but wouldn’t even offer a second opinion when I asked. Everytime I come to Pandora the employees are always kind and personable. The store wasn’t that busy and I felt like she was just focusing on how much I was spending. She only recommended the more expensive items and was dismissive to the cheaper options. I love the earrings I bought, they were beautiful.

Didn’t like that the purchase was put in tissue paper instead of the usual box, easy to lose like that. Other locations were more professional

I wasn’t able to return my item and they said I would be able to. Then said that I need shipping label but I didn’t. It was not helpful overall. I had to buy stuff and exchange which I was more required to do.

I was disappointed there are no gift wrap options any longer. Previous purchases gifts were wrapped with ribbon. It's my daughter's birthday and first Pandora bracelet and charm. It would have been nice to have the pretty ribbons instead of running trying to find additional wrapping. The prices are the same and some higher with less options to enhance your gifts.
