The service was excellent, the price is just too high for the product

Every time I go to any of the stores, most of the sales associates are snotty and rude. They rush you and treat you as if you don't belong there. I spent hundreds of dollars there and so has my boyfriend. Even though we are card holders, we don't feel special. I love the merchandise, but hate the experience. They seemed to be bothered with your indecisions, as if you should know what you want before you get there.

Sale associate was not much help, and seemed bothered. She stated she showed me all the charms, which really didn’t, seemed like she just wanted me to hurry up and buy something.

I believe the staff at another store are more friendly then this store. I felt almost prejudged prior to making my purchase. Almost as if they didn't take my desire to purchase seriously.

I was very happy with the service and selection, I'm sorry to say I just think it is a little too expensive

I only have a couple of visits in the store to base my opinion on so I don't think my limited experiences tell me enough to make it a Highly Satisfied vs. Satisfied experience.

They did not have enough selection for August birthday pieces.

many pieces are no longer available and the quality is not the same from charms I have. charms are very thin and lightweight. clasps are smaller. not the same quality of my original charms...very disappointing...

I was not satisfied with my order because my ring that I received as a gift kept missing diamond from it and I been there at least 5 time since I had my ring to get it fix
