I purchased two dfferent chains for necklace charms that i already was wearing containing my son's ashes. The ends of the chains did not completely fit. I was not told the prices of the merchandise until i was checking out. The lady that did assist me was very helpful and made my visit very quick and less stressful. For that I am appreciative. Thank you.

Well I visit the store because my original bracelet broke, but it was over a year so I purchased another I really thought pandora would have valued the bracelet, so I purchased another plus a bangle and a charm the new lips and the cleaning kit, I am a very good customer and also I have about 25 charms but now I slip them up because my bracelet did break I did have it filled but I thought that’s what their made for, but I did leave my spacers off to make more room, but hear the sales person said they would have saved the bracelet from breaking so at least she did help me for my new one so it doesn’t break, Thank you Renee

There seems to be a lot of selections but still need more charms. Need better quality, tarnishes too easy. Possibly why cleaning is free and unlimited. Charms overpriced.

Crowded store. Can't move around to see merchandise. Some sales associatestaff not very approachable

Every year I have gotten a Christmas ornament, and this was the only year I didn’t get one to give to my daughter. It’s been a tradition. I give her a couple charms and an ornament since Pandora has been out. I got the charms this year but they were out of ornaments. Even bought another bracelet too.

I’ve been to Pandora store in the past 2 to 3 months looking for that not sure which is never there. Secondly I was looking for a twin charm which you were think Pandora with havetwins are popular no twin charm.

In fairness to the associate, I got to the store 30 minutes before closing. However, I felt a little rushed. I ended up purchasing items but couldn't really look at other things due to feeling rushed.
