sales associates were OVER EAGER, like a car salesman, when I entered thr store. not one minute went by before another associate was "on top of me". obviously work on commission. items are expensive for sterling silver and cz

I brought my bracelet in to get cleaned and the lady told me after waiting for a while that some of my charms were not from Pandora so she was unable to clean them. I have all of my receipts and my charms were from all different locations but all Pandora charms. The ones she did clean were still dirty and looked like she never cleaned them. If I have to pay for expensive charms the least Pandora can do is clean them ALL and have better customer service about it.

I think when a person comes into Pandora's for first time to buy a bracelet, they should receive free charm and be given a card to return to purchase second charm at discount.
