Not sure what highly satisfied means. The shopping experience went fine. I just don't feel it was everything I expect.

I have been in many Pandora stores. I have dealt with many associates in those stores. Some associates are above average while others, such as this store, where just average

Came to find a specific necklace that was at another location. Associate said they didn't have it and the associate couldn't find it online. She was very friendly though and cleaned my rings.

I came to the store to buy a specific charm, however, you did not have it in stock. I bought something that I am really not satisfied with. I will return the charm. The sales person was fine.

It was crowded

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING PANDORA,I WAS BUYING A PRESENT.I LIKED THE STORE AND ALL THE PRODUCTS,BUT IN MY OPINION ITS TOO EXPENSIVE AND JUST OVER RATED,NOW DAYS SILVER IS CHEAP AND PANDORA IS SELLING IT ALMOST FOR THE VALUE OF GOLD.

I was very satisfied with the store and my purchases, I will certainly buy from Pandora in the near future. Love all my charms and bracelet, they were selected as a remembrance piece of my sister when we lost her about 7 years ago.

I find everything to be expensive. I am not sure if I am paying for quality or a brand name.
