The salesperson in experience of product and register. When I was checking out I added a pair of earring at register she had to cancel transaction so then I had to wait an additional 10 min as she had to get in line to use register again. Very inconvenient

selection for grandparents was limited to one . thought there would be several option not family ?

The store site was small. There were too many sales associates to help with Christmas customers. Display of charms could be set up better.

The employee who helped me with my item, told me the wrong price. When I got to check our it $15 more. I’m not complaining. It was just a small miscommunication.

I was actually there to pick out my engagement ring with my now fiancé. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the selection of size 9 rings. I do love my ring, just wish all the rings in the store came in a size 9 as well.

I think that pandora should have more better sales overall pandora jewelry is great but a bit on the pricey side I believe if they ran more promotional sales more ppl would buy more!!! And you would put Alex and Ani to shame! Just saying🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
