overpriced for a lot of items, especially gold and rose gold overlay

Don’t think you have real new items things like the word cancer or Leo or Aries or a crab

Didn’t have any ring size that was lower than 4.5 to fit the pinky finger in store.

I went in the store to purchase a $200 Pandora gift card but I honestly must have read the question wrong.

The store was neat and clean, however, I felt uncomfortable as if I was being judged by my appearance and ethnicity.

I was told at first that the price would be lower. It was $20. More than quoted. The sales person thought it was on sale but it wasn't

I was looking for a ring as a gift. I believe that the store should carry all small sizes. I believe there aren’t enough associates to accommodate the customers. No one came up to me and greeted me or said that someone would be with me shortly.

Dont have a big collection everything looks the same I went there to buy charms and they didnt have what I was looking for

I was satisfied with my experience. Gianna was fantastic but she didn’t do anything exceptional for me to be highly satisfied
