Pandora Jewelry

My pandora charms were very dull and tarnished. I was worried that something was wrong with them, but the sales girl looked at them and reassured me they just need to be cleaned.

I went to Pandora for the cleaning of my jewelry and the associate stated their cleaning service was not available. If Pandora is open, all services should be.

I am very satisfied with the ring that I purchased. however I purchased jewelry cleaner at the counter to clean some other Pandora pieces and it did not work at all. I am very unsatisfied with the product and I am upset because I feel like I wasted $15. I would love to send a picture over to someone just to show how bad that product is.

Need more color choices on the charms. I needed a charm to come in yellow but the option was not available.

You could offer more budget friendly pieces.

Normally, I have a great experience at this Pandora store. For example, I was just in there last week (during the Christmas rush) and my sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. This visit, however, the sales associate was not as friendly or helpful. She honestly seemed quite annoyed that she had to help me at all. I felt rushed to make a decision for my purchase and as though asking any questions whatsoever was an annoyance to her.

The first store I was disappointed in the limited stock then when I had to do the exchange at another location I was disappointed in the length of wait time to meet with an associate
