The Associate that help me out was very respectful and very helpful I really like working with her . It also wasn’t the first time she helped me out in the store . Super happy with her assistant.

I was not dissatisfied with my visit, however, I did not feel the staff was very friendly. The cashier that helped me was nice however the rest did not bother to even greet me when I walked in.

I didn't realize the stores were franchises. They didn't have as big a selection of charms as I thought. I assumed all stores were the same

The charms are expensive. I was satisfied with the customer service. She qppeared to be knowledgeable of what we wanted and explained in detail.

Don't get me wrong the stuff is nice & lovely but the way people spend all that money in that store & Only way they can get a discount is if they sign up for a Pandora credit card or get $10 off our next purchased of a$100. If they do a survey. They need to do something where it depends on how much money you spend & you can gain points or something because that's crazy but you still taking people emails but no discounts.
