Pandora Jewelry

The hole process was simple and enjoyable ! The only thing is that I would want more deals during the year.

I HAD PURCHASED A BRACELET IN 12/29/20; THE BRACELET BECAME CRINKED AND STARTED TO FALL APART. TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE FOR A RETURN TO EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT ITEM AND WAS TOLD IT COULD GET FIXED. I WAS DISASTIFIED WITH THE ITEM. WHICH WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I MADE A PURCHASED AND DISLIKED THE QUALITY. I WAS INFORMED THIS IS A STORE THAT REPAIRS THE ITEMS. SO WHAT HAPPENS EVERYTIME IT KINKS OR5 CRINKLES. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BRING IT BACK. VERY UNSATIFIED. THE SALES LADY STATED THIS IS ONE OF THE CHEAPER BRACELETS WE HAVE SO WE EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN. WELL IT WASNT CHEAP IN PRICE; TO ME THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN MY OTHER BRACELET THAT I HAVE.

The jewelry is nice but the workers some are not very friendly and my bracelets I have 12 they break and can’t be fixed not right

The store was not too crowded but someone was in both rows so it was a little hard to get by without being right on top of the other person and not 6 ft apart. We only buy Pandora about once a year so that is why we would not be coming back into the store or shopping online.

I was highly satisfied with Pandora because they assisted us very quickly. We didn’t have to wait and the lady was very patient with us. She showed us some rings and we ended up purchasing three of them, and also singing up for their credit card.

It was my first time there and I never been there before. They should give the first timers a discount and certain stuff shouldn’t be so expensive.

Sale merchandise was limited. After I got home Jared sent me an email and everything I bought was 1/2 price there. So instead of getting 3 charms for $178, I could have bought at least 2 more charms!

I wanted some previously owned jewelry cleaned but was told that service is not available at this time. Otherwise, the service was very good and I did not have to wait for assistance.

The charms are overpriced

COVID it’s nothing your store did it’s out of your hands.
