For a first time visit my expectation experoence was different. After standing in line for a few minutes I was told to enter but was overlooked by a few associates.

The associate that was helping another costumer was rude to my daughter because she was standing near the costumer that she was helping. All she had to do was politely ask my daughter to slide down a bit. My daughter was just extremely excited about buying charms for her new bracelet. She was admiring the merch that was in the glass case that the associate was standing in front of.

I got home and the bracelet wasn’t in the box. I was satisfied as I had no problem going back to the store and they gave me one with no problem.

Upon arrival at store none of the sales staff wore masks. suddenly there was a lot of customers crowding into store unmasked up close to everyone. Not Good.

I ordered online and didn’t receive boxes for every gift. I was able to get any of the store. When you purchase online they put as much as they can I one box
