I had a charm I had had a problem with previously. I had added a new charm & for some reason they had taken this other stopper on to put the charm on. When they did that they opened the stopper and took out this rubber piece in there & said I didn’t need it. After that that stopper kept opening up and I lost it (but found it) twice. I took it back and they had no rubber piece for it and they couldn’t tighten it up. They sent me to another jeweler in the mall to look at it. They did something to it and it’s been tight ever since. Today I asked them to look at it & tighten it because it looked slightly open. They opened it and took it off then snapped it back on. I didn’t want them to do that. Hopefully, it will stay on this time. All I wanted was them to tighten it.

I went in to take earrings to get fixed, that I got as a gift on 2/14/2023 and because we didn’t have the receipt I couldn’t get them fixed and was referred to go elsewhere.

Well. When I entered the store, there were no customers, just associates. I feel like I was stared at for a minute or two before being helped. The woman who did help me did a great job I just wish I saw a little more “enthusiasm” or “joy”. I felt like the store looked gloomier inside because all three employees looked miserable to be there, which trust me I understand we all have those days! I tried to be as nice as possible and get a few smiles out, but I just felt like nobody really wanted to be there so it made me feel like a burden.

In fairness to the salesperson I spoke with I had a charm that kept falling off. Unfortunately, I bought this charm in Italy or Greece 6 months ago so there was no guarantee on it. Not her fault but it annoyed me.

I purchased a certain charm for a gift however when I returned home, a different charm was in bag!!! I have to drive 45 mins to get replaced!
