I love the charms, wish there was package deals. I wish they had a layaway plan I would love reward program

I purchsed a Pandora Ring and another store but the ring was crushed. I toom it back to the store where i purchased it and was told there was nothing they could do. The ring was barely 2 months old. By chance I decided to stop in at the Deptford NJ store to see if they could help. Well, Lori and Mallory were wonderful!!! They fixed my ring for free and I ended up buying another ring. I love my rings and I happy to say I wear them every day. I will continue to shop at the Deptford location from now on. You have 2 wonderful employees in Lori and Mallory. I told my friends to shop there from now on.

My sales person was so nice and helpful, I can see why she was employee of the month. I was at the Deptford Mall in NJ and her name is Kiki. My BFF and I will be back within the month, and my husband and I will be there in December for my Christmas present. My wish is the Rose Gold essence bracelet and the heart rose gold charm. :)

Salesperson very Curtious and pleasant. No look of annoyance because I was exchanging this made me purchase another item.

Our salesperson greeted us but was not hovering. She was very friendly and helpful and let us take our time deciding with no pressure. We were very happy with her.

I love Pandora jewelry. The detail is unique and there are so many varieties to choose from. It is a little expensive, but each piece is handmade so it makes it worth it. They always come out with new merchandise so I always have to take a peek and see what's new.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable in the merchandise and helped me decide on the right choice. It was a good sale and there were many people in the store but they did a good job getting to everyone and communicating to everyone waiting . The pieces in the store were beautiful and the store was clean.

I didn't feel rushed. I was shown multiple trays. Everything I wanted was in stock.

I came in to buy clips to stop my charms from falling off on my new bracelet I've started. I found that plus purchased some other charms. I was very happy to receive some rings and errands that I was planning on getting and it worked out that they were the free items I got.
