I am very highly satisfied because the merchandise is of the finest quality. The store is very close to my home. The most important is that the company stand behind there merchandise. One of my hanging charms broke and it was fixed or replaced with no problem. Keep up the good work.

Associates very friendly didn't have to wait long

I had an idea of what I was looking for but my sales associate made recommendations that greatly enhanced the experience! I have shopped in a Pandora store in Vegas, Disney Springs and now, the Deptford Mall. ALL three experiences were fun and beyond expectation.

Pandora is always a great experience for me, I am always highly satisfied with my experience. I am such a frequent customer that all the staff at the Deptford location know me by name. They know my ideas and always have suggestions to make me feel welcome.

The store was crowded since they were having a sale but we only waited maybe five minutes. The sales associate was pleasant and since we were unsure what we wanted, she offered suggestions. She was knowledgeable and helped us with our decision making. We wound up buying four items and was very satisfied with the checkout process as well.

The sales associate Gianna was wonderful. She was very patient with me since I had never purchased a Pandora bracelet before. She was very knowledgeable and didn't mind my indecisiveness at all. I will definitely be shopping at this Pandora again.
