Great customer service it sucks the prices are so high but it makes my girl friend happy so I pay the price ... Other then that its a friendly environment and a good gift shopping store

Very speedy service, if paying with a card no need to wait in line. They had everything in stock that I was looking for. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about what I needed.

The sales staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was crowded but I didn't have to wait at all its nice to see that even when its crowded that there is enough staff to handle it you don't get that in other stores. The whole experience was great and ill definitely be going back there for future purchases.

I love Pandora and the staff from the person who stands outside the door know me and my name. I work in this mall and I recommend everyone go to Pandora for a wonderful experience.

The sales girl was knowledgeable & friendly. The store was well-lit. There was plenty of inventory.

Note, It was Christmas week. You had what needed and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Sales associate was friendly and helped me pick a ring out for my daughter. She was patient and took her time to help me make the perfect purchase even though the store was very busy. I was shocked to find so much merchandise in stock so close to Christmas and of course I wait till last minute.
