The knowledge of the charms the way the sale person was patience with me. Excellent customer service I was first priority even though I came at the end of day to make a purchase. I also discussed if pandora would be adding autism charms I would love to see that because it represents so much to me and my family.

I entered the store early was immediately greeted and waited on. The item I was looking for was available and in the size I requested. Salesperson was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

because the clerk took the time to show me everything I asked for to make my purchase she didn't rush me she answered all of my questions

The sales associate was knowledgeable about the products available. I was unsure what kind of charm I wanted and she was able to help narrow my choices. She was very patient as I made up my mind and did not make me feel rushed.
