The sales associate was very helpful, very friendly and patient.

When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a sales person who offered assistance. She was very helpful to me as I was uncertain what I needed. She was knowledgeable and friendly. My issue was addressed, she answered all my questions, and offered me ideas for my next purchase. I was very impressed.

The quality, price and convenience to find merchandise was very easy.

We were quickly assisted by sales associate. She asked size and provided a large selection of merchandise for us to look at. Our check out was fast.

I was pleased because the employee was very nice and professional, she was not forcing or pushing me towards any other products. She just simply introduced them to me and I like when people are not down your throat forcing sales it makes shopping more fun.

Although I had been doing some research on-line to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, this was my actual first time visiting a store. The sales associate was very knowledgeable in making suggestions for what I wanted to create. I will visit the store again to complete my bracelet.
