The sales associate help me as soon as I walked into the store. It was no problem with my Exchange. Service was great.

We found the store with ease after calling and the associate telling us where they were located in the mall, how quickly we were greeted and assisted with our exchange and how quickly I was able to check out. That meant a lot considering we had time constraints going in and the store when we arrived was pretty busy. I thought it was going to be a longer process.

I exchanged rings I got for mother’s fay for another ring. Our sales girls was very friendly & happy to help me find the ring in my size & color I wanted. Made it very easy and fast exchange!

Bella was extremely friendly, unobtrusive and a great listener to help me find exactly what i was looking for. She let me look around and was quick to get me whatever i wanted to see!! Although it was a busy crowded day, Bella catered to me and made sure i was taken care of immediately, great customer service all around. i even received a compliment from one of the girls working there, very sweet girls. Great experience from my first purchase at pandora!! Will be back :)
