I had purchased a charm from another store that appeared to have been used i called that store and because it was in another state i was told to call corporate because it was nothing he could do because he could not see the charm thats when Lorri stepped in and worked out the problem

I happened to walk by and there was a sale going on and Cara was super friendly and helpful the whole time and didn’t rush me while I was picking out charms. Definitely my favorite location!

I was highly satisfied with the service because of how helpful the associate was. She directed me directly to what was on sale first and asked if there was something specific I was looking for. She was very helpful and even cleaned my current jewelry for me.

Our salesperson Carmen was very sweet and knowledgable. We were told about the June sale and we took advantage of the prices. It was a wonderful experience.

The woman working with me was incredibly helpful and nice. I was able to get what I was looking for not too long after I walked in, and the sales associates all greeted me very warmly. Very excited to go back and buy another ring.
