my costumer service rep was issabella she went above and beyond. she even took time with my 10 year old daughter.. the store was clean and the employees were polite to each other

I did not plan to purchase the two rings I got, but the sales associate talked me into it and it was the best decision I made. My sales associate Bella was so helpful and friendly. Everyone there was very friendly and helped me and my grandmother with everything we needed.

I was having trouble opening clips that I had received as a gift. The salesperson was very helpful in opening them and placing them on my bracelet. I ended up buying a care kit and a new charm as well, although that had not been my plan. She was good! :)
