Friendliest pandora store, and the best sales associates

The staff is always very friendly and I rarely have to wait. If they don’t have a particular item I’m looking for, they offer to order for me.

It was so easy to go in and find exactly what I needed. I was unsure the correct term for the item I needed but the associate had high knowledge and was able to understand what I needed and wanted.

I specifically came in to buy two pieces. Neither was available in the size I needed. I was told the item wasn’t available and discontinued. It’s clearly available on your website. I settled for something other than that item that I really wanted. I also had a $10 certificate to redeem that was put on after tax. That too is wrong. It should have gone on before tax.

Well first off the store was easy to move around, which isn’t always easy with a double Stroller. The sale lady that helped me was very nice. And she was quick to help me with what I needed. I didn’t need to wait at all. Which is really nice when I have my kiddos with me.

I went to Pandora to purchase a specific charm. I was told there was only one choice and wasn’t really crazy about that. I was then offered several other choices and selected from them. I’m so glad that what I wanted wasn’t available because the other choices were better and I was able to select and purchase a perfect gift!
