Great customer service. Store was clean. Merchandise was available. Associates are always very friendly. My jewelry was cleaned while I shopped. Always a great experience when I visit this store.

I went into the store to have a bracket fixed and to exchange two charms I had pitched the day before. The rep was very nice, explained that my bracket was more than a year old and could not be fixed. I was fine with that. She also helped me pick out new charms and helped my daughter choose a ring

Had a better selection if what I was looking for than online. Also, there was a promotion that was beneficial to my status at that time.

I loved how the sales rep. helped me pick up rings that were my style and even helped me pick out earrings for it. its hard toot pick something when I am there but Sarah M made it easy and painless
