Sylvia was very nice and professional, she showed us different bracelets and charms also explained to me and my sister what each charms on the different trays meant. She also was very patient with us and always kept a smile on her face. She would always make me wanna come back and shop in the store because her presence and performance was absolutely wonderful . My son went there to purchase me a gift. The sales associate was very helpful. She searched through all the drawers to find him a charm that she was not sure even existed and she found it! That made him so happy.

I really love the store I visited, I came to place a necklace I had that was too long. I spent way too much money and found out later I could have bought that same things much cheaper at amazon or another jeweler.. but overall I love my new charm and necklace, I just wished they would stay shiny longer..
