I was shopping for my daughters 16th and 21st Birthdays which are milestones and very important special days for me!!! The sales associate was wonderful in helping me to pick the best pieces that fit well with what I invisioned for their birthdays. I seem to always get the best experiences at this Pandora retail store. Susie was her name the BEST!!!!!

I came in with a ring never worn that was purchased in February. The store workers allowed me to exchange it to a smaller size due to the condition of the ring. Therefore I got to successfully exchange it and I was very satisfied with the Chicago Ridge Pandora location. I hope to return soon to purchase more.

I love shopping at Pandora because the entire staff is nice and friendly. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the charms I purchased. Besides the lines being extremely long the customer service was excellent.
