I knew what I wanted so it didn’t take long for me to decide on my purchase. The associate appeared to be a lil aggressive but I didn’t let that bother me.

well the cleaned of the store ,and everyone was protecting there self with masks, So my service went well, fast, friendly at the same time. And yes i will be visiting the store real soon.

I came to the store with the intent of Exchange/Purchase. The Sales Associate was great She did the Exchange and then Charms, Divider, Rings. Some of the Dividers were not to my liking but the Associate had patience and we completed the viewing of pieces She showed pieces She thought I'd like versus just trays....The Entwined(Cross)Pink price was questionable I was given the price of $115 (Entwined Clear) it was $180 Y'all need to have the pricing for both colors. The pricing wasn't surprising but it was because $65 is a big difference.....I checked the website when I got in the car and found Pink Tone is more... Some people don't know or realize this and I was gonna return and tell Her (Manager/Ring Out Clerk) she'd overcharged me. $65 is another Bracelet one that I came back and looked at later that same day but $10 more!!!

I love pandora. I buy all of my jewelry from them. I bought my mom 2 charms bracelets with a lot of charms. Now my girlfriend has a new promise ring.

Sue the sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable about the products she sold me. The selection of the merchandise was available.

Ms.Sylvia was very helpful and patient and had great idea how to put charms together
