The line moved very fast. The store associates were very nice and helpful. They were really paying attention to us even thought they had a lot of people in line. Overall, very good!

They had the items I selected. They worked hard to get us taken care of. They were very friendly.

The line was long, but that was expected during the holiday season. I got in and out with no problem at all. One of the best shopping experiences with Pandora ever.

Out of every Pandora store I've visited, Orland Park, Chicago Ridge, Old Orchard and online I have received excellent service. The Associates make you feel very warm and excited to look at all merchandise. And they always offer to take care of your jewelry and give you nice advice with taking care of your jewelry.
