I was there to pick up my charms and bracelets that had been cleaned. The associate mentioned the sale, I appreciate sales, she suggested some pieces for my bracelets which I appreciated. She kindly convinced me in a kindly manner to get the piece I purchased.

I got everything I needed quickly and smoothly. There were no problems through the process. The staff were very friendly and understood what I was looking for.

The salesperson Isabella took her time to look for a pair of ring that I really wanted. She was really kind and helpful. And the Cashier Jayla was nice as well. They booth explain everything about the rings and they he credit card.

The customer service was above and beyond the normal standards. Both of the ladies were helpful and friendly and gave good advice on the jewelry. As well as provided me with more than one option. This is a great store not just because of the service but they also have everything in stock. Which is always a WIN for me!

Faith one of the Managers was professional, patience and accommodating. I spoke with her the day before an placed an order for my Mother and Father's 62nd Wedding Anniversary. She was kind and took our order and didn't ask for a payment to hold the items. I gave her an estimate of what time the next day to pickup. I was presently surprised, she had the bracelet and charms completed and waiting for me. Lastly, she assisted me with my Pandora bracelet as well. Oh yes, and extended myself and my daughter water. The experience was great!
