I ordered on line 3/13/21 and had to return(3) bracelets (wrong size) and Carolyn was GREAT! Informative and friendly and patient. Didn’t rush me in deciding, (very long line forming outside of store) First time customer in store and I will come back and ask for Carolyn. Great experience!
