I was completely satisfied when I met Tracy. I was supposed to be checking out with Tracy and I needed someone to put my old charms on my new bracelet,the lady that I was with before Tracy didn't seem like she wanted to do it and wasn't that friendly.So Tracy did it and even suggested certain type of charms that would help balance my bracelet out and look better! Needless to say we went from the register to the counter to help me find 2 more charms for my bracelet😁. She was helpful,caring,and understanding of my budget. I will definitely be going back to shop for more charms but I'll definitely be looking for Tracy to help me! She was AMAZING WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE!

The store was closing and the charm I was looking for was in stock, the rep at the door was gracious enough to ask the supervisor if we could purchase it no need to look around and they made that happen I loved their assistance and help.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, suggested additional accessories that I absolutely loved. Explained how to take care of my bracelet and charms and the cleaning process.

My associate was pleasant she handled everything like a professional. She made my purchase well worth it. Overall a great experience with being in their store.
