I placed the order online for a bracelet and then I bought a necklace in store I was not aware that you only have a 30-day exchange policy but the manager on duty was nice enough to exchange the bracelet exchange the necklace and I end up making more purchases due to the fact that both Ida was over 30 days and I was really appreciative and you need to tell your online customer service to tell the people that they only have 30 days to return the item in the store thank you
