The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to get something that would be a reminder of my husband who was killed in a work accident a few years ago and the salesperson (Ariadne V. @the Chicago Ridge location) was very helpful in assisting me to find the right bracelet and charms to add to my bracelet. I love it and I appreciate the time she took with me to get exactly what I wanted.

I love that you have a variety of bracelets, chains (necklaces), charms, earrings and rings to choose from. They’re stepping up there game with the gold jewelry, I personally love the most. The customer service is great. Also, you have the option to get your jewelry cleaned free of charge. I highly recommended shopping at Pandora, you can’t go wrong there.
