There was a nice variety of charms to pick from. The associate helped me size my daughters wrist and picked out a nice selection of charms.

The associate was very friendly and knowleineligible and easy to work with on a purchase

Manager Suzy was superb and knew the business very well. she was polite and very efficient.

Everyone in the store were nice and helpful as soon as I walked up. However Carolyn is the one who helped me with my purchase. She was super nice and patient with me, her customer service skills were definitely A1 and I appreciated being treated with the respect. Thanks again Carolyn.

From the moment I walked up to check in, I was greeted by a very polite young lady! My experience didn’t change once I entered the store. Patience in explaining the different bracelets, and in letting me try them on. Of course I purchased one♥️

They have the best prices and very good merchandise plus the staff is amazing

I was Highly satisfied because #1 the line was not long at all not only was the line not long it took the sales lady no time to find my size she was so nice I even ended up getting two other things and it was still smooth.

the wait was relatively short, friendly staff and knowledgable. checking out was rushed, not enough clerks to handle the amount of customers in line ( approx. 4-5).

The customer service from Ariadne V., and Sylvia King was the best . I will be returning to this store to purchase more merchandise.
