The bracelet I selected is beautiful and my sales person was very patient with all our questions.

I cant fully remember here name its was susan or sue but she was literally phenomenal so sweet and knowledgeable about everything

Sylvia has been my sales lady a few times and she's been by far the most patient with me. Sometimes the ladies get upset because the customer doesn't know exactly what they want. This is probably during those sales times. However, no one wants to feel like they're rushed into making a purchase, no matter how big or small.

I was able to walk up to the store & walk right in. I was greeted by the door host & my saleswoman. Hand sanitizer was also available at the door, counters & checkout. I love this Pandora store & will always return.

My birthday is next week didn’t have a clue of what charms so I asked for the birthstone and she said yes we have it I was so excited been looking for one
