I originally visited store to return a charm I had purchased but Sue, my sales associate, explained/showed me how to put the charm on. I also ended up purchasing another charm and Sue was nice enough to put both charms on my bracelet. Thank you

The customer service experience in this store is second to none. The representatives Sylvia and Luceda are absolutely AMAZING!!! Of all the Pandora’s in the city I travel the additional 45 minutes just to spend my hard earned money with these ladies. They take their time with me so I spend my time and money with them!!
