I received a ring as a gift back in December and unfortunately one of the stones fell off. I explained the situation to the sales associate and gave her the recipe and it was still under the warranty and luckily they gave me a new ring right then and there. After, she was able to help me find another ring to help stack the one that I have now, she showed me various options.
