I was highly satisfied because Lauren was super friendly and kind and instantly clicked with us. She was complimenting my bracelet which was super nice. I mentioned a broken charm and she informed me that I had warranty on it. Without her, I wouldn’t have had mb charm replaced.

Customer service

My saleswomen was Kalynne D. She told me that she had just started at Pandora. She was just a sweet and patient. To help her out I brought a new Bracelet and 2 charms in memory of my husband. I will visit her soon to get my safety chain. I hope she is my saleswomen again.
