First of all I love that pandora gave me a 25$ coupon and when I went in Lauren greeted me so nicely even though it was the end of the day. She automatically knew which necklace that I wanted and that it was in stock. I liked that she gave her honest opinion. She was very informative about the polishing cloth, literally as she was speaking I knew I needed it. Lauren gave me the experience I wish to have every time , I hope to see her again on my next perchase.
