The sales lady was not friendly at. This was my first time at the store and I didn't feel like a customer. I felt like I was a bother to her. She was very dry and really didn't go out her way to show me items or explain anything really. Based on her treatment I know I won't be back at that store, which was Chicago Ridge.

I called yesterday to see if the free bracelet was still available and was told yes. I stood in line for 1 hour waiting to get into the store. The associate, Tracy, was was impatient, tapping her fingernails on the counter while I was asking her questions. She had very poor product knowledge, if any at all and seemed in a hurry to be rid of me. I was told that they did not have any free bracelets in spite of the fact that I was told they had plenty of them on the phone. I came in with a list of items that I wanted to purchase and she was unable to find them to show them to me. I had intended to spend at least $1000. I ended up buying 2 bracelets that I really didn’t want. She left me standing at the counter without asking if I wanted anything else and moved on to her next sale. Again, I waited in line quite a while to pay for my purchase. When I was finally called, I asked to see a manager and Marcy, an assistant manager was called. When I told her the fiasco about the bangle and showed the email on my phone, she said there was nothing she could do. Again, she was very abrupt

I waited 30 min to be waited on that wasn't the problem,cause they was assisting customers,but just as I worked was finish I waited patiently till she was done but she never look up at me I but I waited(I'm black)but 2 min later 2 white ladies walk in she ask if they needed help I ask was u invisible so another worker help me said sorry, I bought a $80 charms those ladies didn't even buy anything I was so upset and I love Pandora guess I got to start shopping back online

The wait to see an associate was ridiculous. After making my selection I waited an additional 45 minutes to pay. The store appeared to be seriously mismanaged.

It was my first visit to a Pandora store. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me as I looked at the merchandise. There were times when associates looked directly at me but said nothing. It wasn't until after I left and saw poor reviews for the Chicago Ridge location, that I found out that customers had to be signed in. Had someone been staffed at the door next to the sign-in sheet, I wouldn't have had this problem. I returned later when someone was at the sign-in podium. I was then properly greeted. The associate that I interacted with wasn't very friendly. I won't be visiting this location again.

The sales associate was totally rude I've never had such an experience purchasing jewelry. After paying for my ring the associate gave it to me in my hand! No ring box or bag, didn't ask me if I wanted one either. I plan on returning this item for a refund and patronizing another Pandora location that treats all customers with courtesy and respect.
