Why I wasn’t notified that a sale was going on the next day

I came into the store to make an exchange. The associate was very unfriendly and when I selected the new charm, she took it out of the case and carried in HER HAND up to the register. She then LAYED THE CHARM DOWN ON THE COUNTER and asked another associate to finish the transaction. I took the charm and placed it on a piece of paper. What happened to treating THIS EXPENSIVE MERCHANDIS WITH CARE and placing it on one of your trays. We are told to take care of our bracelets and she just THREW MY CHARM ON THE COUNTER WHERE IT COULD HAVE GOTTEN SCRATCHED! and this was a GIFT for someone. I remarked to the associate That was finishing my transaction that the girl was very unfriendly and just threw my charm on the counter. I spend A LOT OF MONEY AT PANDORA and my service today was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and my merchandise was handling poorly!!!!@

I was not happy with the long wait. This experience was not pleasant. Customers and I stood around, in a warm store. We were not offered water durning the wait. I had to ask an assistance for a bottle of water. The wait was extremely LONG. I may not return for a LONG time to this store!!!

Felt like I was dealing with used car salesmen. Extremely pushy. I told her my price range and it was like she didn’t even hear me. Will never go to this store or any pandora store. I like the merchandise and have ordered online and was satisfied with my experience but this experience has me questioning whether I will give pandora my business ever again. Sorry but the free bottle of water didn’t cancel out the fact that i felt like I was dealing with a bunch of vultures

I could not exchange my items I had ordered online to another item of equal value due to buying the online item at a promotional cost.
