The curb side pick up was horrible!!! I have disputed the transaction with my bank. Horrible customer service, highly disappointed!

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Pandora store. I initially cam in to get my jewelry cleaned, but was not able to do so as the store would be closing soon. I decided to look for a bracelet and the sales associate was very knowledgeable in helping me make a selection on a bracelet.

When I arrived to the store it was around 1:30pm. When it was time to check out the system went down, so therefore I couldn’t make my purchase at that time. I waited for over 2 hours. When I returned to the store the system was still down. I informed the cashier that they could call me when the system comes back up. A sales associate called me at 8pm. I asked her if the system had just came up, she didn’t give me a response to the question she just said it was up. She told me that I could return the next day and purchase my items and that they would hold them. At no time during our conservation did she apologize for the inconvenience. When I returned the next day to make my purchase I informed the sales associate about my experience on the day before she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience either. I have not informed corporate about my store experience but I am going to give them a call.

I hate advertisement in my personal email. I ask if I was signing up for that and the associate said no .now I have emails coming through like crazy

Sales associate was very rude and jugdemental as I and the women that was with felt like she didn’t think we came to purchase anything. Once I started to purchase my item her attitude seem to changed . The associate became more talkative knowledge and polite . I sure would hope to think it wasn’t because I was shopping while black

I went to Pandora to received the free bangle but they told me they did not had one I left very dissapointed because I go more than five times a month and I always purchased more than $200 And also I did not liked how the sales representive was showing me the charms like with no patiece very very poor service Her name is Diana

There is an ridiculous wait time for their to be so many staff working. Furthermore they didn't solve the issue of my defective bracelet.

I hate to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally pay attention to me. The aisles were so small that I could barely get passed people.

I never shopped at Pandora prior to today. I expected Christmas lines, however I waited almost 4 hours for merchandise. I told the sales person what I wanted, she recommended some items. I purchased them but when I looked at the gift... that would be given to my mom the end of the bracket is fading, the length is not what I wanted. My experience was not pleasant at all. I will be returning my items tomorrow, I can get the same items at a different retailer with better quality and better customer service.

I asked to get my jewelry clean and the sales associate stated because it was a sale they could not clean my products after I just spent over $100 at the store
